Unity ssh 접속 후 Health Check 명령어
1. H/W fault 확인
* #uemcli /sys/general healthcheck 또는 svc_diag --state mfg
2. SP 상태 확인
* #svc_diag
3. 서버 연결상태 확인
* #uemcli /remote/initiator show
4. LUN 상태확인
* #uemcli /stor/prov/luns/lun show
