- Support material 수집 방법
1. Putty로 IP 접속을 한 후 tools 폴더로 진입
ㄴ cd /nas/tools
2. Log 수집 명령어 입력
ㄴ ./collect_support_meterials
3. WinSCP를 실행 한 후 파일 경로를 맞춰준다.
ㄴ nas/var/emcsupport/support_materials
4. 해당 Zip 파일을 찾은 후 내 컴퓨터로 복사해옴
